One of my favorite ways to cook ribs is the 3-2-1 method. It is great for slow cooking at low temperatures. Depending on the size of the ribs and the amount of meat around the bones, this method involves smoking the ribs for 3 hours, baking them in foil with apple juice for 2 hours, and baking them with a BBQ sauce glaze for 1 hour. For smaller ribs, the time proportions should be reduced, for example, 1.5 hours of smoking, 2 hours in foil, and half an hour of baking with a glaze. After this process, the meat literally falls off the bone and simply melts in your mouth.
